NGAGE Interactive offers a number of direct response solutions that help a brand achieve acquisitions for a clear and high Return on Investment.

Through the use of a number of different platforms and network NGAGE interactive can help a brand produce lead generation with additional and exponential growth through the use of social media resulting in improved organic ranking, high performing lead generation and post campaign data base management.

Direct response can be measure in three different forms:

CPL – Cost per Lead
Pay when a customer signs up or submits aform.

CPS – Cost per sale
Pay when a customer makes a purchase on your site.

CPA – Cost per Acquisition
Pay when a customer completes a specific action.

Acquisitions can come from incentivized and non-incentivized leads depending on the requirements of the campaign. Incentivized is when a consumer is offered incentive be it virtual credits/ currency, free product or prizes for their action. Non-incentivized is conversely receiving no incentive for the purchase or consumer acquisition.

Additionally generation can also come through email marketing, however this is measured by cost per thousand (CPM) and is used in many cases as the initial point of contact in order to generate the acquisition.

Users are incentive through Facebook credits to purchase products, answer surveys, sign up for trials and more. Once the acquisition is completed the user receives Facebook credits.

Thirdly email marketing is still a very effective tool to reach consumers and can target by age and gender and in some cases behavior. Response rates are on average 2 to 4 percent based on current market conditions, , however through the use of the AMP platform response rates have been known to spike from 2 to 4 percent up to 50 or 70 percent.
